Refund policy

Right of Return

The customer is entitled to return the received goods (excluding underwear and discounted items) within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

The return period is deemed to be met if the goods are handed over to the shipping provider no later than the last day of the return period. The date of the postmark shall be decisive.

The goods must arrive at meitostreetwear unused, in a hygienically flawless condition, complete, and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the right of return shall be forfeited.

The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. Any shipping costs already incurred may be charged to the customer or deducted from the refund amount.
